PART-TIME QUALITY & RISK LEAD (64 hours/fortnight)

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards, our Quality & Risk team plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices across the hospital. We are now looking for a Quality & Risk Lead to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Summary:
The Quality & Risk Lead will work closely with the Quality & Risk Manager, providing essential administrative support to key processes, including policy and document management, internal audits, and meeting coordination. This role is suited to an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about supporting quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Meeting Administration – Assist with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation.
✅ Policies & Procedures – Support document management, formatting, and staff education on Prompt.
✅ Audit Program – Assist in coordinating internal audits and supporting staff with audit processes.
✅ Consumer Involvement – Promote consumer participation in quality and risk activities.
✅ General Support – Maintain confidentiality, stay up to date with industry trends, and support ongoing education.
